The Sun has finally made a visit to Norfolk, there has been a few days we have been walking around 'Sizzlerland' in t-shirts, Coco has been taking full advantage of the open doors running in and out, making friends with the builders who are constructing the new units behind us. The gulls are returning to roost on the roof, wildflowers sprouting, trees coming to life.

It’s so important to take time from our busy lives to look around at the beautiful world we live in and despite all the pressure and hard times we are experiencing,

Nature and the changing seasons can give you a sense of hope and optimism. Take five minutes each day to look at what you walk past, look up from your phones, leave your desk, notice the new life around you, the new leaves on the trees. This costs nothing and can help put all the day to day madness in perspective.

Be kind to yourself.
Don’t let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy.
(Got to love the Eagles)
